『みかんパフェ』のご紹介です！
みかんパフェのみかんは「べっぴん」という種類のみかんを使用しております。🍊
他の種類と比べて味が酸っぱさと甘さが絶妙に合わさっているのが特徴です✨
みかんパフェは、レアチーズや観音山のとろこくみかんゼリー、ソルベなどで構成されています🍊
また、上にのっている可愛らしいパンダは、観音山フルーツパーラー本店がある和歌山県を象徴🐼🐾
パンダはブラッククッキーアイスでできています！🍨
ちなみに、みかんなどの柑橘類は観音山フルーツガーデンで最も力を入れている果物のひとつ。
収穫時期は糖度計を用いるだけでなく、みかんの木ごとに実際に食べてみてその時期を判断しています🌳
さらに、手で一つ一つみかんを摘んだあとも、機械選別はせずに人の目で丁寧に選別されています。
ちょっとした衝撃や落下でも味が変わると言われているみかん。そのため、摘果から発送まで全ての工程が人の感覚と手作業によってつくられています！

Introducing “Mikan Orange Parfait”!🍊
The oranges in this mikan parfait is called “Beppin”.
Compared to other oranges, the taste is sour and sweet, which is a perfect combination.
This orange parfait is filled with sweet flavored cheese, Kannonyama’s orange jelly, sorbet and several different sweets.
Also a cute panda bear on the top, which symbolizes Wakayama Prefecture, where the Kannonyama Fruit Parlor Main Store is located 🐼🐾
Cute Pandas are made of black cookie ice cream!
Citrus fruits such as mandarin oranges are one of the most focused fruits in the Kannonyama Fruit Garden.
The harvest time is determined not only by using a digital sugar meter, but also by actually tasting each mandarin orange tree.🌲
Even after picking the oranges one by one, they also carefully sorted by hands.
Mandarin oranges are said to change their taste even with a slight impact or drop. Therefore, all processes from fruit picking to shipping are made by human senses and manual work!
